The rolling tiger is working. Bit sneaky for some, but I was always a ripper at reading the bottom line of the eye test so doesn't bother me one bit!
Last year: 63,929
65,000 in the bag before round 1 is no mean effort. There is always a spike at Round1 as those people who buy their season tickets on the day.
Last year: 64,454
1 week to the start of the season.
As an aside, Hawthorns membership stands at 68,250.
Looks like we are giving the Hawks a run for their money.

Well they can't blame the fans. Incredible result.

3 home games at the MCG coming up might help.
A win in 3 games would help more

Agreed, the board takes credit for our success off field, all they've done is harness the massive support that was already there. Makes you wonder about previous boards inability both on and off field.........
They've turned fans like me into members...who buy memberships year after year.
Actually, this site had a fair hand in me deciding to financially support the club, albeit through my meager contributions to the ftf and my interstate and kids memberships.
yeah me too. 3 game membership is all I can afford though so that's what they get. My eldest is a member, but the younger 2 aren't.
Support is not only measured (and should not be only measured) in monetary terms @Rumpole and @Vines
Totally agree mate. We all afford what we can. If someone is a passionate tiger but can't be a member, that's fine.
Whereas I am just really tight!
In all seriousness we all support in our own way, from the guy in the stands who likes to call out the names of all the players as they approach a contest, to the chap who bellows his question asking a player what happened to his development, to the thinkers who just watch, shake their heads or clap their hands. We each fill a place in the spectrum, and a crowd like ours is both a beautiful and frustrating thing.
I've said it before you can't blame the members and for that matter any whom have Richmond in their heart and hope for the best with their collective wishing.
Separate names with a comma.
