Similar thing happened to me ahead of the 2015 season .... I changed my package in 2014 over the counter at the club - the following season I was auto billed which shit me up the wall. Same thing happened to a few of my mates too. It was impossible to change online cos the membership went through the ticketing company ... other than deleting your credit card details to prevent further billing (which I did) ..... best to go through the club. I too no longer have auto billing .. and never will ... I wont give them my credit card details either ... I now pay cash over the counter.
