The Votes are in for Round 21!

Apologies for not updating the Leaderboard for a few weeks. The good news is that after Round 21, Dusty still has a winning lead over Rance who is still 3 points ahead of Cotch. Following is Astbury, Lambert, Prestia, Grigg, Nankervis,  Riewoldt, and Nick Vlastuin rounding out the top 10.

If Dusty had've tapped the ball to Rioli the way Towner did which led to Lambert's fourth qtr goal, BT may have popped an eyeball. Smart play.

    Everything is falling into place.
Full credit to Craig McRae too.
Tremendous work to develop VFL talent.
Interestingly, Craig was born on September 22, 1973.
    Preliminary final weekend.
Richmond comes back from a 45-point deficit to defeat Collingwood.

I reckon he will go onto coach at a higher level. Highly loved and respected figure at Brisbane for his antics and humour and also knows how to get the most out of blokes it seems.

I agree with Sash. McRae is largely responsible for the turn around by the senior side this year.

I agree with TBR, but not Sasha. McRae is hugely responsible for the turnaround in our second tier players and thus our performance across both teams.

BTC, was Towner out-polling Miles a surprise for you?

Good question. Not until you asked me to think about it.

No, even on reflection, Towner's influence was greater overall. Snippa often had leather poisoning, but often didn't have an impact. I think the scoring chain involvement from Snippa was often too long.

I think you misinterpreted my comment @BigTigerCasey
Craig McRae's tremendous work in the VFL benefits both teams for the common good, creating a positive synergy.
It is imbecilic to separate or delineate the two.
Players in the seniors must achieve excellence to retain their positions.
I hope McRae is retained for several years and deserves a commensurate salary.

A lot of what you post is worthy @BigTigerCasey but you do need to weed out some of the imbecilic offerings, as @17Sash correctly points out.

Sorry, I am on the ibuprofen ATM.
Finally caught a flu when I visited Coathanger City last weekend.
    A little bit short tempered.
Craig is indispensable to the teams as a whole.
